Scope of Work
Each project begins with a written proposal or statement of work defining deliverables, timelines, fees, and success metrics. Work outside scope requires a change order.
Client Responsibilities
- Timely feedback and approvals
- Access to required accounts, assets, and brand guidelines
- Accurate information for compliance-sensitive industries
- Payment according to agreed schedule
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights to deliverables as specified in the contract. HashXTech retains rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep proprietary business information confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
Termination
Either party may terminate with written notice per contract terms. Fees for work completed to date remain payable.
