Hash X Technologies provides custom professional services. Refund eligibility depends on the service agreement, project phase, and work already delivered.
Deposits & Retainers
Project deposits and monthly retainers are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, as they reserve team capacity and cover discovery, strategy, and initial deliverables.
Unused Prepaid Services
If you prepaid for a block of hours or ad management and terminate early, unused prepaid amounts may be refunded minus work completed, at HashXTech's discretion and as specified in your contract.
Third-Party Costs
Ad spend, software licenses, domain registrations, hosting, stock assets, and other pass-through costs are non-refundable.
Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days at hello@hashxtech.com. We review all requests in good faith.
